Industrial Computer Design
Overview

Core Systems' mechanical engineering team is proficient in 3D solid and surface modeling systems (SolidWorks). Core Systems utilizes 3D CAD software to define each unique customer requirement from basic conceptual design through prototype phase and ultimate final rackmount product production. Core Systems is capable of producing one-off modifications to existing industrial computer design sets or complete ground up unique designs

Concept Drawings

Core Systems engineering staff will work in lockstep with each customer to acutely define each product requirement from project inception to full production. Typically, we can provide concept drawings in 2 to 3 days on our rackkmount enclosures.

Prototypes

Upon approval of the Concept Design, Core Systems will begin prototyping the product.  Since we solid model all of our custom products we expect each system enclosure to be perfect the first time.  Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the build.  We will assemble, test and document the enitire system build prior to shipment.

Production

Core systems will document the entire build process and create a Core Integration Document or CID to control the  manufacturing engineering process prior to entering full production of a product.  This assures revision control and repeatability of all hardware and software integration.  A CID is created for every program that reaches full production.
