Core Systems in San Diego California August 20, 2007 announces today that it has won a $6.8 Million Dollar contract to provide fully integrated 19” racks with rack mount LCDs, fully integrated 4U systems along with APC UPS units.

“The contract will be fulfilled by Dec 2007,” states Chris Schaffner of Core Systems. “We have worked very hard with this military subcontractor and they are extremely comfortable in moving forward with this program. We look forward to supporting all current and future programs with this new partner.”

The integrated rack will consist of Core Systems 19” rack mount LCD and keyboards along with multiple rugged 4U integrated systems and UPS battery backups. Core Systems will handle the full rack integration including all rack testing and packaging concerns.
